It isn’t my shoes, because I go to a very reliable runners’ store who assesses my stride. I was wondering if drinking glucosamine chondroitin would help? (http://www.supplebodies.com/productquestions.html)
I know it is for arthritis, but I was curious as to whether it may even help my joints now.

My dog really doesn’t like the glucosamine tablets I need to give him. He will not swallow them. I have even tried putting them back as far as they will go in his mouth and rubbing his throat, he gags them back up. He will find them if I hide them in cheese or ham. I bake my own dogie biscuits and am wondering if anyone knows if you can bake glucosamine safely or if it will change it’s composition. I want to put one pill in each cookie.
My doctor says I have degenerative disc disease and that drinking more water won’t help. I am going to try glucosamine – any other suggestions out there? I had a bone density test done (Dexa-Scan), and my densitiy is absolutely great, but that doesn’t mean the discs are good.
P.S. I have lost 3/4" in height already, and I am told it is all due to my vertebrae discs "losing their cushion".
weighs 60 pounds. How many Milligrams of GLucosamine can I administer daily to him?
