Am I taking the right vitamins and supplements for a 30 yo healthy male that is working out?
I am drinking whey protein. I take a multivitamin everyday. I am also taking glucosamine with msm, ginkgo biloba with vinpocetine, and fish oil. I try to eat as healthy as possible while I’m at it.

I think too much supplements you taking.
Some supplements would have potential risk, such as ginkgo biloba would inhibit the cogulation function and result in bleeding, and vinpocetine sometimes cause allergies, nausea, vomiting, et al.
I suggest you only take the supplements your body need. If you do not have some indications of these supplements, you had better stop taking them. And I also suggest you have a balanced nutrition meal is much better than taking so many supplements.
