My Aunt had it real bad and she swore putting regular ole
WD-40 on it and rubbing it in gave her more relief than any thing else including doctor stuff

bathing in hyrdorgen peroxide cures arthritis. the longer you have had arthritis, the longer it will take to heal. type in oxygen therapy in any search engine and you can learn all about it. sign up for oxyplus at yahoo.groups.com. i had eczema for 8 years on my hands and doctors told me there was nothing they could do. i purchased a hot tub and used h2o2 to purify the water in it and it cured my eczema in about 6 months.

My wife’s tried 2. One was a deritive of silkworm lava, their enzyme destroys their cryasalis shell and is therefore supposed to do the same to crystaline deposits. More laterly she has taken stinging nettle tablets and has felt results. Hope this helps.

I recommend heat applied during the day & cold pack at night. Also if you take an aspirin a day it will increase circulation. Don’t take if on any blood thinners…. Advil gel caps are good for the pain (2 every 4 hrs when needed).
