		<description>Glucosamine Sulfate is used in China as a fertilizer, in conjunction with other nutrients to enrich soil like potassium and calcium.  In light of the low accountability and few standards in that country, I would not use it myself.  I am not aware of any contamination/ill effects that would result but I also do not know what the benefits would be from using it either!!</description>
