		<description>NO. Thanks for reminding me take to mine.  I suggest that you get yourself multivitamin supplements as well. These are important as well. I also have zinc supplements as it has been proven that zinc is important for connective tissue repair, the immune system and is the basis for about 100 different enzymes in the body.</description>
