glucosamine enriched food products?
I was looking at some info for glucosamine enriched food products. I found that this is something not usually available from daily food and have to get supplement tablets or juice for cartilage improvement.
Am I right? Does anyone know any natural food that can give that glucosamine? Please mention the source of your info.
thanks

If you decide to supplement glucosamine then look for a liquid source instead of a pill. Here is a juice that contains plant derived glucosamine as well as a ton of nutrition.
No! I buy my supplements from Healthspan they are the cheapest and the best, free delivery also.
Well, the most common and plentiful source of Glucosamine would be shellfish. Aside from that, most foods don’t have much of any unless it’s added (like one of the recent orange juice complexes I’ve seen in the grocery store)… so yes, you’re exactly right that it’s not usually in food.
Most people don’t like to eat the shells of shellfish, and they aren’t the easiest things for your body to process, so your best bet would be to get pure Glucosamine from a supplement. Aside from that, there are several other nutrients that can help with joint health, too. Feel free to E-mail me if you’d like more info.
