GLUCOSAMINE is it any good to help against Arthritis?
I am in good shape and good health, but in my family arthritis and the likes are genetically present. As the years pass I feel more and more soreness and pain, mostly in my fingers, but lately my shoulder started to hurt. I am not taking any specific medicine and try to work out 5 times a week, some leight weight lifting and also some cardio. I am not overweight and try to eat reasonably.
A friend of mine suggested taking Glucosamine tablets to help reduce pain and prevent further problems.
Any suggestions? Personal experience?
Thxs a lot in advance.

Yes. Glucosamine is a great cure for arthritic pain. My dad is on it and has been for a week or 2 because he has osteo arthritis is his knee. He says he feels much better and it isn’t hurting as much.
Glucosamine is great, Just don’t look for miracles with it but yes it will help replace the lost cartallige in your joints especially your knees and hips etc.
I have a home remedy that works real good.
Buy a 12-16 oz. bottle of mineral oil.
Pour about 1/2 out, Add about a 1/2 an oz. of marijuana.
Fill the remainder of bottle with rubbing alcohol, Let sit
for about a month, shake well and rub on joints.
(Oil will turn green), Works good, But I can’t patent cuz
pot isn’t legal. Kinda expensive but works.
