I get enough sleep, I eat very well and do not drink a lot of caffeine. I do not take any medications except birth control and drink vitamins, glucosamine and cranberry pills daily. I sleep about 7-9 hours per night depending on circumstances, but during the day, I just feel like I could sleep any time. I have been considering drinking a tea or something before bed because I do not want to take drugs. I saw a commercial where people take something before they sleep and wake up feeling great. I need something to help me be able to focus during the day and keep me awake and give me energy.
