i will continue my long jog every week .. then what will happen to my snapping hip joint ..??
i do rest and take glucosamine and chro… tablets ..

If you have any discomfort you stop jogging. Swimming would probably be a better exercise. With any joint issues, you are far better limiting yourself to low-impact exercises.
don’t you think it might be the jogging that is causing the snapping hip joint =you really should consult with your Dr about this =good luck
If you have problem with your hip then do not jog. Do simple exercises inside the house. Yoga is good.
