I'm 21 and my knee and elbow joints are ALWAYS aching….?
My mom has even tried buying me glucosamine drinks… she thinks I already have arthritis. I can’t even do any cardio without feeling my bones scrape against each other… Am I too young for this? Is it really arthritis?

Know what I think?? You are deficient in vitamin D (best source being sunshine) and calcium. If you aren’t eating enough oily fishes (good source of vitamin D) and getting enough sunshine each day then no matter how much calcium you ingest you won’t be able to absorb it.
If you are lactose intolerant try eating more calcium rich foods in your diet. ie: broccolli, leafy greens, spinach, kale, tuna and salmon.
Fish oil tablets about 1000mg per day (1 tablet) are also a good option if you don’t like fish.
Calcium deficiency signs are insomnia, muscle aches and pains, moodiness, heaches and migraines, irritability and sore bones.

i have that problem too….i went to my chiropractor, he also gave me glucosamine, and the pain goes away after a few weeks of taking the supplement.
i would definitely go get checked out, arthritis isn’t something that only affect the elderly, it can start at ANY time…joint pain can also be attributed to other things, such a fibromyalgia. it would be in your best interest to consult a doctor, you don’t want a condition like this to get out of hand, it can be debilitating and you are so young, take care of your body! p.s. natural medicine and doctors often have great success in treating joint pain if you are not helped by a regular md
