If you want softgels, make sure the bottle specifies softgels. Capsules are NOT the same thing. They’re powder medication inside a gelatin capsule. Softgels are medication in gel form inside a softer type of gelatin membrane. Caplets are basically hard tablets with a coating that makes them look like capsules.
