Multivitamin, B-vitamin, Glucosamine, and fish oil is all you need. You really don’t need 1,000 I.U. of Vit E unless you have fat absorbtion problems. The upper tolerance intake for vitamin E of males between 19-70 is 1,000mg a day (=1,500 IU). The recommended amount for Vit E is 15 mg (=22.5 IU). The upper tolerance intake for vitamin C is 19 years and older, 2,000 mg (=2,500 IU). The required dosage is 19 years and older, 90 mg.
Keeping in mind that Vitamin C and E are not soluble and can build up in your system.
