glucosamine is a natural tablet… not even a prescribed medication….. whist anything can be dangerous at some point, I highly doubt that ODing on glucosamine would be easily accomplished.
The bigger question is why? If you’re asking due to suicidal intent, it seems it would be better to seek help from the hospital to deal with the mental distress versus worrying a bunch of people online. I mean, why would someone want to do that?
If you’re asking because you or somene you know might have taken too much glucosamine, it’s best to call the poison control because if the person is on other medications or a certain weight, that could impact lethality.
I think yahoo answers is a great place but when it comes to matters of life or death, it seems more logical to call the proper authorities.
Its possible to OD on anything, if you take enough of it….the question is "how much is too much?"
Yes of course. You can OD on any med. Follow directions is a good symbol to go by.
