Is this a safe combo of nutritional supplements?
I’m a 17, almost 18, year old female in training for the Navy. I’m wondering if the supplements I am currently on are safe for me right now, and if they are likely to help me. I’m eating 3 good meals a day, drinking plenty of water, and I exercise constantly, as I’m training for Special Operations in the Navy.
1) Garlic Capsules (one with each meal)
2) Flax Seed Oils (one per meal)
3) Fish Oils (one every morning)
4) D-Ribose (6 before working out)
5) Glucosamine Sulfate (one with each meal)
6) Whey protein drinks after working out everyday
7) a female one a day multivitamin, with breakfast
Thanks guys!
By plenty of water, I mean I lug a gallon botle with me around all day and go through 2 or 3 on most days, 4 on serious days

Sounds great, I just hope that when you say you are drinking "plenty" of water, that you are actually drinking as much as you need. Flax seed is some great stuff, it is a cheap supplement that is highly underrated and overlooked. Great stack.
Looks sexy to me.
Don’t see anything jiving wrong. Some of what you take separately can be found in a large multi like orange triad, maybe animal pak.
I have used both and never had any issues.
