I have suffered from knee pain (right is worse than the left) for as long as I can rmember, but more recently I’ve started experiencing almost debillitating elbow pain (both elbows equally) which seems to be worse when I wake up from resting. I don’t have health insurance at this time & therefore can not afford to see a doctor. I started taking glucosamine/chondroitin tablets about a month ago (claims to be effective in 7 days) & mild exercise, but I haven’t noticed any difference. Any suggestions? I’m only 32!!
