I have been taking L- glutamine, L-arginine and L- lysine in about 3 gram doses each daily at night. I also take glucosamine and calcium and vitamin d tablets. Will this increase my height if my growth plates aren’t sealed? I think I have noticed a height increase but could not be 100% sure of this as it would only have been by a few mm. Also I have been taking the L-arginine and glutamine and lysine to increase growth hormone to increase height. The glucosamine is meant to help your joints receive more fluid which helps apparently. It’s kinda confusing but any practical input as to whether this would help or not would be useful. Also other dietary tips for height increase would be useful as well – I get plenty of protein as well.
