I have been continuing to follow my diet and exercises regime for over 2 months now. I use an online trainer from bodybuilding.com and find all tips helpful. I currently take protein powder and creatine (as well as multivitamins, omega fats and glucosamine sulphate). The trainer recommends using fat burning supplements ,e.g. tablets. I can only now afford these supplements. I want to know if they actually work and if so which ones are best. If you can please link a site (preferably bodybuilding.com) where i can puschase them.
Thanks again.
My dog Smokey is 10 years old and had been eating ole roy for a long time. It was cheap for my parents to buy. He recently started limping really bad and I found out that he was arthritis in his left elbow. My vet gave me some tablets and we tried those but they didn’t help. So my dads gf got him some liquid medicine called finish line. I started doing research and found out about all the stuff he should have in his diet. So I have been giving him Chicken Soup for the Dog lovers soul (senior dog formula) I mix his finish line(2 table spoons) with the canned chicken soup with the dried chicken soup in the mornings. I wanted him to have more Glucosamine and Chondroitin. He really likes the dog food with the canned, but wont eat much of it when it just plan dry. He hasn’t been on it long, but he does have Diarrhea. Is is because of the switch of food. I did mix the chicken soup with ole roy so it wouldn’t be a total switch. Has anyones dogs benefited from Chicken soup? I want his elbow to get better. Please any advice or personal experience??
I just switched not even a week ago. Also i didnt switch gradually witch wasnt good i guess. I just poured the left over old into the new bag.
over last year or so, i have been experienceing clicking joint, minly in my ankles and wrists, but have also experienced it in my knees at times.
I am currently taking glucosamine sulphate jointcare tablets and it has worked on my knees, but not so much on my ankles.
Was wondering if it is a condition, or something down to diet.
Also i have never experienced disclocated or broken ankles/wrists, or ligament/cartilage damage.
I must add i am only 19 aswell, and when they do click it is not painfull
I mean,i don’t want the calcium cancelling out the vitamin,or the vitamin blocking out the MSM/glucosamine/chondroiten tablets, and I don’t know about the thyroid pills cancelling out anything,so that is why I am asking.
I try not to take them all at the same time,so,I don’t know about that.
I take the thyroid in the am.
an hour later, the glucosamin/msm/ and then calcium with a meal.
then an hour after that, the vitamin.
can anyone help me better understand this,as I want my body to absorb all these that it needs.
Thank you !!!!!!
I was diagnosed with " a touch of arthritis" about a year ago, after a severe fall,in which all my weight landed on my left knee. It grinds whenever I climb/descend stairs. As for the thyroid: I was diagnosed with that, too, about 6 years ago. The vitamin: My diet isnt the greatest, and i am told at 41,i should take one. As for the camcium: I take that because I dont think i meet the daily requirements for calcium. It isn’t a question of "Should I be taking them," it is a question of "if I do, how will they interract with each other and will one block the others’s absorbtion?" That is what I am asking.
