I use Vitamin E oil 30,000IU/Cream,Bio oil,Vitamin C Cream, and Mederma.
Nature Bounty Supplement pills: (2) a day Fish oil 1000mg, (1) Vitamin E-400IU, (1) B-12 2500mg, (2) Acetyl L-Carnitine 400mg, and (4) Glucosamine Chondroition. But I portion out each of the Supplements throughout the day.
Everyday.
I also drink Wheat Grass 3 times a week.
Go to the Gym 4 times a week and Sauna 20mins.
Drink 3-4bottles a day.
Is this too much?
I know this is asking a lot, but is there a multivitam that contains all the essential nutrients at the RDA level, or at the very least, the below nutrients.
I know I can buy individual supplements to catch each of the nutrients listed below, but if there was say 1 or 2 multivitamin tablets that contained all the nutrients, that would be great.

I workout and play basketball, but i dont really take any supplement for my body.
I have start taking whey protein lately though ..
But i heard other supplemnet is important too .. can someone give me some advice ?
What of the following should i take too. ..
1)One a day man (my friend said this is enough for daily supplement)
2) Centrum (multi-vitamin)
3) Vitamin E + Calcium tablet (heard it has antioxidant)
4) Glucosamine (i have bad knee)
