I give my dog massages on her legs. I also give her one Aleve in a piece of hotdog each day (a person who raises dogs told me this is what is in dog pain med.). I make sure she has a warm place to sleep. I walk her slow to warm up her legs before going any faster.
Try "Dog Gone Pain" tablets. No joke. They seem to work.

I hope your dog feels better.
I have a dog, 36kg, he had bad joints I put him on glucosamine, 500mg per day, good results, it took around 6 weeks to see the effect, you never mentioned how much you were giving your dog?
Has the vet had a look?
my 8yr old german shepard is shocking with his arthiritis..
it gets ten times worse if its a cold night, so make sure u have her in a warm bed all the time if its cool, you could also massage her knee and always mix 1 egg into her food when you feed her.
good luck
